Âé¶¹´«Ã½ State to disburse ARP funds to eligible students
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 is a $1.9 trillion economic stimulus bill passed by Congress and signed into law by President Joe Biden on March 11, 2021.
Âé¶¹´«Ã½ received ARP funds and is disbursing it to eligible students for the Spring 2022 semester. Eligible students will be notified by email to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ State account.
A check will be mailed to the address on record on March 9, 2022. Students who have questions should email email businessoffice@gadsdenstate.edu.

Who is eligible?
- Students enrolled in at least one credit course
- Freshman, continuing, transfer, returning/readmitted students
Who is not eligible?
- Dual-enrollment/accelerated high school students
- Incarcerated students
- Transient students
- Students who withdrew from Âé¶¹´«Ã½ State on or before February 14, 2022
How will Âé¶¹´«Ã½ State disburse ARP funds?
Eligible students will receive a student aid check, mailed to their permanent address on record on March 9. Students with exceptional financial need (Pell recipients) will receive an additional funding amount.
